1. Who we are

2. The short version

Memoriclip is a Windows app that runs entirely on your computer. It does not collect your data, does not use the cloud, and does not require an account. This website collects almost nothing. Details below.

3. The Memoriclip app

Everything the app stores — your clipboard history, your snippets, your vault — stays on your PC. Memoriclip does not send this data anywhere, does not synchronize it, creates no online account, and includes no telemetry. We never receive it and cannot access it.

4. This website

We keep the website as private as possible:

• Audience measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and reports only aggregated, anonymous statistics (page views, referrers, country). We cannot identify you from it.
• Hosting logs: our host (Cloudflare Pages) may automatically log technical data such as your IP address and browser type for a short period, to keep the site running and secure.
• Cookies: this website sets no cookies of its own.

5. Purchases

When you buy a paid version, the transaction is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for the purchase. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and billing information as its own data controller. We only receive the information needed to issue and manage your license (such as your email and order reference). Please review Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

6. Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your message and your email address (our mailbox is hosted by Proton). We use this only to reply to you and keep it no longer than needed.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@memoriclip.com.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected (replying to your email, managing your license). Hosting and analytics data are kept for short, automatic periods by our providers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
